Questions surround all things Dallas Cowboys during Week 2.

Is there a problem with Dak Prescott‘s rapport with Dez Bryant? Is Bryant concerned about which Redskins corner will cover him Sunday?

Prescott played Mr. Relax, assuaging the fears concerning the connection with his best target. Bryant, meanwhile, welcomed the test.

“I want the challenge just like (Redskins corner Josh Norman) wants the challenge,” Bryant told reporters Thursday. “It’s going to be a fun game Sunday. Mutual respect from each other. We’re just going to go out there and put on a good game. It’s not about me or him, it’s about each other’s team.”

But it has been all about Norman after Washington’s Week 1 dismantling at the hands of Antonio Brown, who spent much of the night torching Bashaud Breeland. It’s scrutiny Norman brought on himself after spending the offseason tooting his own horn. The Giants want a piece of him, calling him out in the media. So does Bryant.

“Yeah, just because he was talking about going against the No. 1 receiver, following the No. 1 receiver,” Bryant said when asked if he expected Norman to cover him. “I’m pretty sure he’s going to get that opportunity Sunday.”

Cowboys offensive coordinator Scott Linehan also expects Norman to blanket Bryant, and after a season-opening loss in which Bryant recorded just one catch, it would be a safe bet to expect more passes thrown Bryant’s way. We’ll see if Norman can put his money — as New York’s Janoris Jenkins pointed out, $70 million of it — where his mouth is come Sunday.
